The Ford Fiesta was first released in 1976 and is a British motoring icon, it has recently been labelled the best selling car in Britain and continues to top the UK sales charts. The latest Generation was released in 2017 and is currently on its 7th Mark. The Ford Fiesta is available in a range of engines including 2 petrols and a diesel. The 1.1Ti-VCT is the base engine and comes in 70PS and 85PS versions. The second engine is the 1.0Ecoboost 3-cylinder turbo petrol which comes in 3 forms: 100PS, 125PS and 140PS. The Diesel engine on offer is the 1.5TDCi and comes in 85PS or 120PS guises.

The latest Ford Fiesta is 71mm longer and 12m wider than the previous model and the wheelbase is 4mm longer which means there’s more legroom in the back. in total its 4,040mm long, 1,735mm wide, 1476mm high and has a wheelbase of 2,493mm, meaning the fiesta is both spacious and practical. It has been awarded the full 5 stars from Euro NCAP scoring 87% for adult occupant safety and 84% for child occupant safety, meaning its a great car for people of all ages whether it be a new car for a first time driver or a car compact, practical family car.
